Nadia, Lumen Legal's Principal Lawyer and Consultant is an employment, privacy and regulatory specialist. Having practiced for over 17 years as a government lawyer with the Commonwealth offshore energy regulator NOPSEMA and the Australian Government Solicitor, Nadia brings a wealth of experience, deep knowledge and a pragmatic approach to the law.

Nadia's practice focusses on the management of workplace matters including reviewing safety compliance and risk, strategic advice and review of workplace policies, procedures and contracts, and advising Human Resources professionals on sensitive internal complaints and conducting investigations. Nadia also has a strong privacy and information governance background with over 10 years' experience as a privacy officer and leading a team of freedom of information (FOI) professionals.

Nadia has a particular interest in psychological health and safety, and is deeply motivated to help organisations prioritise their workers' safety and wellbeing.
